abcph ("we," "us," or "our") operates the online gaming and entertainment platform accessible at abcph.vip, serving players across the Philippines. Where abcph engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — such as payment processors, identity verification vendors, or cloud hosting providers — those entities act as personal information processors under the supervision of abcph and are bound by data processing agreements that require them to process data only on abcph's instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards.

abcph collects personal data through multiple channels — directly from you during registration and account use, automatically through your use of the platform, and from third parties involved in delivering our services. The categories of personal data we collect are described below.

abcph does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under the Data Privacy Act (including health, genetic, biometric, or sexual orientation data) unless required by regulatory mandate in specific circumstances, in which case explicit consent will be obtained.

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the abcph Terms & Conditions — including account management, payment processing, and game access — is necessary for the execution of the contract between you and abcph.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine law — including KYC verification, AML compliance, regulatory reporting, and data retention requirements — is mandated by law independent of consent.
• Legitimate Interests: Certain processing activities — including fraud detection, security monitoring, and platform analytics — are conducted on the basis of abcph's legitimate interests in operating a secure and well-functioning platform, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Consent: Processing for optional purposes — primarily marketing communications — is conducted only on the basis of your explicit consent. Where consent is the legal basis, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

abcph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Personal data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Processors: GCash (GXI), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment providers receive the minimum data necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal transactions. These providers have their own privacy policies governing their data handling.
• Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC service providers process your government-issued identification documents and verify their authenticity as part of the abcph account verification process. These providers are contractually bound to process data only for this specific purpose.

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and the abcph platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit SSL certificates.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data stored in abcph's systems — including KYC documents and financial records — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Password Security: Account passwords are hashed using bcrypt with an appropriate cost factor before storage. Plain-text passwords are never stored by abcph.

• KYC and Identity Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction records including deposit and withdrawal history are retained for a minimum of five (5) years, consistent with Philippine financial regulatory requirements.

• Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data abcph holds about you, along with information about how it is being used and disclosed.
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data abcph holds about you. Many fields can be updated directly from your Account Settings dashboard.
• Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where consent has been withdrawn, or where processing is unlawful — subject to abcph's legal data retention obligations.
• Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where abcph relies on legitimate interests as the legal basis, and where your particular circumstances create grounds for objection. You have an unconditional right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time.
• Right to Block: You may request that abcph suspend processing of your personal data pending the resolution of a rectification or objection request.
• Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.
• Right to Complain: If you believe abcph has not handled your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

abcph will respond to data subject rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or voluminous, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with prior notification to you.

The abcph platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, any individual under the age of 21 years — the minimum age for online gaming in the Philippines as required by PAGCOR. Age verification is performed at the point of registration and again as part of the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed.

If abcph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 without valid parental consent or in circumstances not permitted by applicable law, that data will be deleted without delay and the associated account will be permanently closed.

If you believe that a minor has registered an abcph account, please contact our support team immediately via the live chat channel. abcph takes reports of underage access seriously and investigates all such reports promptly.

Where abcph engages cloud hosting or technical infrastructure providers whose servers are located outside the Philippines, personal data may be transferred to and stored in those overseas locations. abcph ensures that any such international transfer is subject to adequate safeguards, including data processing agreements that require overseas recipients to maintain data protection standards consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Transfers of personal data to overseas service providers are carried out solely in connection with the delivery of abcph's services and are not transfers to third parties for independent processing purposes. Players' personal data is not stored or processed in jurisdictions with inadequate data protection frameworks without appropriate contractual protections in place.

The abcph platform may contain references to payment processors and other third-party service providers. Where such references include hyperlinks to third-party websites, abcph is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data collected and processed by abcph through the abcph.vip platform.

abcph recommends that you review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your abcph account — including your GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO accounts — to understand how those providers handle your data independently of abcph.

abcph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or data processing practices. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated whenever a material revision is made.

Where changes are material — particularly where they affect how we use your personal data or your rights as a data subject — abcph will notify registered Players via a platform notification or email to the registered address at least fourteen (14) days prior to the revised Policy taking effect.

Your continued use of the abcph platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you object to any revised terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedures described in the abcph Terms & Conditions.
