These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the abcph platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

abcph is strictly for players aged 21 and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum gaming age requirements in the Philippines. Anyone under 21 is prohibited from creating an account, depositing, or wagering. Age verification is enforced at registration and again at first withdrawal.
Each player may hold exactly one abcph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms. abcph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances.

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited. abcph employs technical and human review processes to detect multi-accounting and will close all associated Accounts upon detection.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abcph Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
All transactions and gameplay actions carried out using your Account credentials are your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. If you become aware that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify abcph immediately via the 24/7 live support channel.
abcph strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account. With 2FA active, a one-time PIN sent to your registered Philippine mobile number is required at each new-device login. abcph will not be responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to enable available security features.
abcph staff will never request your account password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from abcph and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.
5.1 Deposits. abcph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and select cryptocurrency channels including USDT. Deposit minimums vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise. abcph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible, or to a verified alternative Philippine payment account. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals above ₱100,000 are subject to enhanced verification regardless of prior KYC status.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard processing hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1 to 3 business hours. abcph is not responsible for delays attributable to your financial institution's own processing systems.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to abcph's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. abcph reserves the right to request proof of source of funds documentation where deposits or withdrawal volumes trigger AML review thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and regulatory reporting.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a Player deposits via a cryptocurrency channel, the equivalent PHP value at the time of deposit is credited to the Account. Cryptocurrency valuations fluctuate; abcph applies the exchange rate prevailing at the moment of transaction processing.

Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all abcph promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
7.1 Fair Play. All games available on abcph — including live dealer casino games, video slots, and RNG-based table games — are operated in accordance with published rules and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all applicable games are disclosed in the individual game information panels.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or any other error that affects the outcome of a wager, abcph reserves the right to void the affected bet. Where a malfunction results in an incorrectly displayed winning outcome, any payout based on that erroneous display shall be void. abcph's decision in respect of technical malfunction disputes is final.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface prior to the placement of any wager. abcph may modify bet limits at any time. Attempting to place bets that exceed applicable limits will result in the bet being rejected at the time of placement.
7.4 Sports Betting. Where sports betting products are available on abcph, specific sportsbook rules applicable to settlement, void bets, in-play betting, and event cancellations apply and are available in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. Odds displayed are subject to change up to the commencement of the relevant event.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abcph platform. Players found to have engaged in any of these activities are subject to immediate Account suspension, cancellation of outstanding balances, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the abcph platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software code, logos, brand names, promotional materials, sound recordings, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of abcph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abcph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. abcph's trademarks, service marks, and trade names — including but not limited to the abcph name and logo — may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, disparage abcph, or be used in connection with any product or service not affiliated with abcph without prior written authorisation.
abcph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at abcph.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
abcph collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, government-issued identification documents, and financial transaction records for the purposes of identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service delivery. abcph does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Player data is stored on secured servers protected by industry-standard encryption. Access to Player records is restricted to authorised abcph personnel on a need-to-know basis and to regulated third parties where disclosure is required by law, including anti-money laundering authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abcph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of gameplay, or loss arising from technical malfunction.
abcph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
abcph does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party connectivity issues, and force majeure events may result in temporary platform unavailability for which abcph shall not be liable.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit abcph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

abcph reserves the right to impose account restrictions, reduce limits, or initiate self-exclusion proceedings on behalf of a Player where the Platform identifies patterns of play consistent with problem gambling behaviour. 13.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request closure of their abcph Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following a final review. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
13.2 Closure by abcph. abcph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice to the Player — in the following circumstances:
13.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity. abcph may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the Account's notification communications prior to the first fee deduction. Dormancy fees will not reduce an Account balance below zero.
These Terms & Conditions and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising from or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and abcph arising out of or relating to use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through abcph's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting abcph's support team in writing. abcph will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 5 business days and respond substantively within 15 business days.
Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the applicable rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with the arbitration conducted in English in the Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of formal dispute resolution procedures.
abcph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to payment processing, bonus terms, account closure rules, or governing law — abcph will notify registered Players via a platform notification or email to the registered address at least 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
For non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or additions of new game-specific rules), changes may take effect immediately upon publication to the abcph website without individual notification to Players.
